Kentucky’s top chefs will be showcased on a new TV series which will be seen in both Lexington and Louisville starting this July.
“Secrets of Bluegrass Chefs” takes viewers on a culinary tour of Kentucky featuring fine dining spots, as well as casual burger and BBQ restaurants. The program will tell the unique stories behind each restaurant, and reveal the chefs’ secrets to making their most popular dishes in your own kitchen.
Secrets of Bluegrass Chefs, hosted by Tim Laird, America ’s Chief Entertaining Officer, premiered on ABC 36 in Lexington (WTVQ channel 36) at 7:30pm on July 25, 2009.
After the premiere, viewers can watch Secrets of Bluegrass Chefs at its regular time which will air weeknights at 6:00pm in the Lexington viewing area on MyTVQ-2.
“Secrets of Bluegrass Chefs” is presented by Sullivan University and its culinary schools located in Louisville and Lexington . Its the latest local TV series created by BMB Productions LLC. The show is a spin-off of Sullivan University ’s successful “Secrets of Louisville Chefs” series that has been on the air since April, 2003.
BMB Productions Executive Producer, Michael Lattin, says, “Secrets of Bluegrass Chefs will be a tasty option for Kentuckians who are looking for local programming that is professionally produced and all-postive in content.”
